Korfball is an exciting mixed team sport which is fun to play and extremely sociable. Give it a go and see how much fun chucking a ball around can be!

Just feel like keeping fit and are bored of the gym?

Supernova trains in a central London location near Waterloo, training is fun and a great way to keep fit even if you don't wish to play matches (but once you try it we are sure you will want to play as much as possible).

Hello Nova

Last Sunday was the final Supernova Sunday of the season, with all 4 teams in action, 3 of them against Croydon. This was then followed by a really rather excellent social featuring an impromptu charity mullet and some really rather strong beer, if you missed it then shame on you.

Last Sunday saw all four Supernova teams in action, with the firsts and seconds also squaring off against each other on Monday night in the second grudge match this season.  Reports from various people below.

With both teams stuck on 4 points at the bottom of the London Regional Leaguethis looked like a good match up.  The three Mitcham danger players wereidentified at the start, with Rob Wilson in particular detailed to pick upMitcham's main male attacking threat.  Divisions were Martin, Rich, Naobhand CJ in attack, and Sheep, Rob Wilson, Neil and Julia in defence.
